Welcome you joining the Quality Tourism Services Association (QTSA). We are one of the largest associations in Hong Kong to represent the tourism and service industry in looking after your interests and improving your prosperity.

QTSA has become a new trade name of the Association of Better Business & Tourism Services effective from 1 April 2003. The adoption of the new trade name was resulted from the decision of the Association's Governing Council and the subsequent passing of the two special resolutions for amending the Memorandum and Articles of Association at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 24 March 2003.

The adoption of the new trade name is to better reflect our membership composition which is mainly "Quality Tourism Services Scheme" merchants.

Within this adoption, we will continue to observe our mandate to actively promote the QTS Scheme amongst trade, to encourage and further enhance quality tourism services amongst members through seminars, workshops, newsletters, members' activities, and to provide networking opportunities amongst members to share experiences and best practices in delivering quality tourism services.

It must also be emphasized that QTSA remains an important strategic partner of the Hong Kong Tourism Board in promoting quality tourism services.

We will also additionally provide you training sessions on a regular basis to enhance qualities of service and to keep you abreast of the latest developments throughout the tourism and services industries. You are also entitled to a diversity of exclusive benefits such as display of QTSA Decals on the shop fronts, stationery and promotional literature and free listing in QTSA collaterals and on its web site.

To maintain Hong Kong as the world's most diverse and exciting visitor destinations, your effort in improving your services quality and meeting tourists' demands to ensure that they enjoy high quality services at all time is much-needed.
